Kareena Kapoor to share profits

While UTV spokesperson just recently stated that Kareena Kapoor has not yet been signed for Madhur Bhandarkar’s ‘Heroine’, insiders say that the lady has almost been confirmed. As bebo herself said that ‘Heroine’ was always her film. There were reports that Kareena has demanded a hefty amount for the film, but no she has actually gone a step ahead and followed her counterparts Aamir, Salman and Shah Rukh Khan.

The lady has now demanded a share in the profits of the film. ‘Heroine’ was never a very high budget film. As Madhur always says that one of the reasons that his films always work is that they are made in a conservative budget, so shelling out a chunk for Kareena would not really be possible for them. But sharing Profits seems to be a good idea as the film will totally be carried on her shoulders.

Well, let’s hope Madhur soon signs his next ‘Heroine’. Otherwise the time that is taken to decide will probably have Aishwarya Rai Bachchan back in the film post her delivery.
