Ranveer singh ‘Multi-facet’ personality

‘Band Baaja Baaraat’ guy Ranveer Singh received maximum accolades for his impeccable performance in his aforementioned debut film. As they say, with success comes responsibility and Ranveer too is burdened with the increased expectations. In his next film ‘Ladies v/s Ricky Bahl’, Ranveer Singh will be seen in not one or two but seven different characters. Ranveer says that switching from one character to other was quite a task for him and the stress had left him sleepless. Ranveer stated that playing seven different characters in same film was like doing 7-8 films at the same time. However Ranveer was relieved by the support that came from his director Maneesh Sharma, who also directed him in ‘Band Baaja Baaraat’. Ranveer says that his director gave him the liberty to keep the work smooth without taking any stress. Maneesh asked him to avoid major experimentation in his personality for the different characters as it would affect the quality of his performance. And like a true learner Ranveer too strictly followed his director’s guidelines.
