Sonam Kapoor’s ugly and indecent comments on Ranbir Kapoor at a chat show created a huge rift in their bond. Sonam’s comments didn’t go down too well with Ranbir Kapoor and his parents who were quite livid with Sonam’s outrageous behavior. Ranbir’s dad Rishi even went ahead to question Sonam’s upbringing that angered Sonam.
Post that Sonam openly declared in media that she has cut off all her ties with the Kapoor family and was no longer friends with Ranbir. Sonam went on to state that she was not at all apologetic for her comments as she just gave back what she got from Ranbir. Sonam stated that when Ranbir didn’t hesitate to tag her ‘not sexy’ then why she should be sorry for her comments on him.
Sonam revealed that she has even turned down many offers to star opposite Ranbir in the films that were offered. However she was quick to clarify that she turned down the offers merely on professional grounds. Sonam confessed that the offered films didn’t appeal to her and hence she refused them. She further noted that despite of the broken friendship between her and Ranbir, she would have no qualms in doing a film with him, if something really good comes in her way.
